ABOUT THE PRESENTER
Meet Anabelle Bugatti, PhD
In addition to her successful private practice, as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Anabelle Bugatti, "Dr. Belle," is the host of the We Heart Therapy YouTube Channel for Therapists, EFT Talk. Dr. Belle just released her second book Using Relentless Empathy in The Therapeutic Relationship: Connecting with Challenging and Resistant Clients. She has been a guest on in several television shows, including New York's Fox News' Good Day Street Talk. Dr. Belle is a well loved and regular expert on relationships, love after divorce, and the intersection of politics and mental health on radio, podcasts, and written media. Dr. Belle completed her doctorate in couples therapy at Northcentral University, and her masters degree in clinical mental health counseling in New York at Long Island University CW Post. She is extensively trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy, and is an ICEEFT certified EFT Supervisor and Therapist as well as the President of Southern Nevada Community for Emotionally Focused Therapy.
DESCRIPTION
Based on her new emotionally focused therapy based book, Dr. Belle will present a refreshing approach to resistance in therapy through the attachment lens, and will discuss how to build connections with your most challenging and difficult clients. During the event, feel free to eat lunch (or breakfast depending upon where you are) and we'll learn and discuss the importance of empathy in the therapeutic alliance as a vehicle to promote change and growth. She'll also provide her best EFT tips to help clinicians work with their toughest clients.
