MEET DR. MARNI FEUERMAN
As an ICEEFT Certified EFT therapist and supervisor, Dr. Marni coordinates the South Florida Community for EFT. She runs a busy private practice in Boca Raton, Florida. Dr. Marni is also a freelance writer, author, and sought out media contributor. She regularly supervises licensed eligible clinicians and therapists seeking certification in EFT.
DESCRIPTION
A Certified EFT Therapist is one whose expertise in this model of therapy is recognized by the International Centre for Excellence in Emotionally Focused Therapy (ICEEFT). The primary goals of certification are to promote excellence in the practice of EFT and to ensure maintenance of these standards in both the supervision and training of this approach.
Dr. Marni provides an overview on the EFT certification process for all 3 modalities (EFcT, EFiT, & EFFT) and the specific submission requirements. There are significant changes to these requirements as of January 2024 as well that are explained and common questions about the process are answered. Included are several accompanying downloadable resources.
